How long does it take to build a home?
4-5 months.
Can I lock in the interest rate now, even though my home won't be ready for 4-5 months?
Yes. One of the lenders that we work with can price protect the interest rate during the entire building process. If rates go down, you can float down one time at no charge, and if rates go up you are locked at the lower rate.
Is there a warranty with the home?
Yes. We provide a one year warranty on everything that is not covered uncer a separate manufacturers warranty.
